Emunity is operated by Emnexus Technologies LLP, India. Contact: support@emunityclub.com.

Emunity connects artists, venues, and audiences across Delhi NCR. To do that well we collect a small amount of information — and only what a live-music marketplace actually needs. This policy explains what we gather, why, and the control you keep over it.

The short version: we never sell your data. Payments run through a regulated escrow partner. You can export or delete your account at any time from the app.

01 Information we collect

We collect information you give us and information generated as you use Emunity:

  • Account details — name, phone number, email, and whether you're an artist, venue, or listener.
  • Profile content — bios, genres, photos, reels, ratings, and past gigs you choose to publish.
  • Booking & payment data — gig terms, fees, advances, and transaction records. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner, not stored by us.
  • Location — approximate location to show gigs and venues near you, only with your permission.
  • Usage & device data — app interactions, device type, and diagnostics that keep the app stable.

02 How we use it

Your information powers the core of the marketplace and nothing you wouldn't expect:

  • To match artists and venues, surface relevant gigs, and run the discovery feed.
  • To process bookings, hold advances in escrow, and release payouts after a set.
  • To verify profiles, maintain ratings, and keep the community safe from fraud and no-shows.
  • To send booking updates, reminders, and — only if you opt in — occasional highlights.

03 Payments & escrow

Advances and fees are held by a regulated third-party payment and escrow provider. Emunity does not store your full card or bank account numbers. We receive only the transaction status and metadata needed to confirm a booking and release funds after a gig is completed.

04 Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary, and never for advertising resale:

  • The other side of a booking — an artist and venue see each other's public profile and agreed terms.
  • Service providers — payment/escrow, hosting, analytics, and messaging partners bound by contract.
  • Legal requirements — when required by law or to prevent fraud, harm, or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

05 Your choices & rights

You stay in control of your data:

  • Access, correct, or export the information tied to your account.
  • Delete your account and associated data from Settings, subject to records we must keep for legal and tax reasons.
  • Turn location and push notifications on or off at any time.

06 Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and payment data lives with our regulated partner.

07 Age

Emunity is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

08 Changes & contact
